I got a craving for chocolate a few days ago and decided I would make a pudding which I rarely, if ever, do. I almost chose another recipe but yours looked so easy, I decided to try it. The only change I made at the suggestion of another reviewer was to add a packet of espresso. IT WAS DEVINE and SO EASY!!!!

Best and easiest pudding recipe I’ve found. I would probably add just a little more sugar next time, but that’s just my personal preference. This recipe is fantastic. I will never buy boxed pudding mix or god forbid snack pack cups again!

Great quick and easy recipe! My tips are to add dark chocolate pieces when you add the butter for a richer taste, and more importantly, let the cups cool BEFORE covering the pudding. The top of my pudding cups had condensation. I had covered the surface of the pudding way too soon!

This pudding turned out perfect! It thickened like it was supposed to and looked great! But..my family and I agreed, it had too much cocoa and not enough sugar. I will adjust and try again coz it was so pretty!

Having some serious winter cravings this afternoon. I made this pudding as directed but since all we had was skim milk I subbed 1/2 & 1/2 for half of the milk. I divided the pudding into 3 portions and sprinkled a few mini chocolate chips on top of each. Sat by the fire and ate it warm with melty chips in every bite. IT WAS SO GOOD!

Totally ruined my appetite for the spaghetti I made for dinner but I’ll have that for breakfast tomorrow cuz that’s how I roll!
