But this was my husband’s birthday request so I made it and my husband said it was better than restaurant cheesecake! I’ve since made it several times. A couple were ruined when water got through the tin so now I ALWAYS just use an oven baking bag (crockpot liner). Zero issues.

I want to try this cheesecake with caramel but I’m nervous. What needs to be changed to do add-ins?

I just put water in a pan on the bottom of the oven..works great.. Have served this with cherry filling, homemade caramel sauce and also blueberry pie filling…ty ty ty
